    What You’ll Do

    Office Pride is hiring a motivated and dependable Part-Time Supervisor to oversee our evening cleaning teams. If you have experience in commercial cleaning, enjoy leading others, and want to grow with a respected company, we want to hear from you!

    This role is hands-on and includes conducting quality checks, training team members, supporting schedules, and ensuring exceptional service across multiple job sites.

    • Supervise and assist cleaning crews to ensure high standards • Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness and safety compliance • Train and onboard new hires with hands-on guidance • Deliver supplies and support shift coverage when needed • Communicate team needs and site updates to the Operations Manager • Maintain a professional and positive work environment

    What We’re Looking For

    • Prior experience in commercial cleaning and team supervision (required)

    • Ability to lead and motivate team members across multiple locations

    • Strong time management and communication skills

    Must be comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication

    Tech-savvy mindset -able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes

    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    • Ability to lift 30 lbs and help with physical cleaning tasks

    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license

    • Must pass a background check

    • Must follow company safety and uniform policies.
