SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION - LONGVIEW TX - Part-time, Evenings Approximately 25 hours a week after 6pm

About the Position…

As a Supervisor for Office Pride you will be responsible for supporting a team of 5-8 commercial cleaners and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Teach, train, and equip team members in assigned area • Help team members when they need it • Validate each area every night • Communicate staffing needs to general manager • Elevate high potential employees through special assignments • Coordinate special projects • Clean personally assigned accounts in an exemplary fashion • Backfill vacancies as needed
