About the Role: Elite 360 Cleaning Solutions is looking for a Team Lead to help oversee nightly cleaning operations at client sites. This is a hands-on position that includes performing cleaning tasks while also guiding teammates, ensuring the job is done right, and reporting back to management. If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and want to grow into a leadership role, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small cleaning team at assigned job sites

Perform routine cleaning duties alongside the team (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, trash, etc.)

Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule

Perform final checks for quality and report any issues

Communicate with supervisors regarding supplies, team needs, or client concerns

Help train new team members on cleaning standards and site-specific duties

Ensure the team follows safety and cleanliness procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning (1+ years preferred)

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to give direction and lead by example

Good communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable working evenings and occasional flexible hours

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
