About the Role: Elite 360 Cleaning Solutions is looking for a Team Lead to help oversee nightly cleaning operations at client sites. This is a hands-on position that includes performing cleaning tasks while also guiding teammates, ensuring the job is done right, and reporting back to management. If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and want to grow into a leadership role, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a small team of cleaning technicians on-site

Ensure quality control and completion of assigned tasks

Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients as needed

Help train new team members and maintain high cleaning standards

Assist with covering other job sites when needed – flexibility is key

Report supply needs and maintain company equipment

Requirements:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning (1+ years preferred)

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to give direction and lead by example

Good communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable working evenings and occasional flexible hours

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
