Qualifications:

• must be able to demonstrate management and leadership skills

• must have janitorial experience

• must be able to pass a background check

• must have reliable transportation

• must be organized and know job codes and requirements and changes to your accounts

• must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds

• Due to clients being Federally Funded, applicants MUST pass a Physical, Drug Screening, and a Breath Alcohol Test

• Must have a current VALID Driver's License
