    Commercial Cleaning Team Lead

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Commercial Cleaning Team Lead to support our operations through training, coverage, quality assurance, and customer engagement.

    This is a hands on leadership role. The Team Lead’s primary responsibilities are training employees, covering call ins, managing supplies, performing quality checks, supporting quarterly quality meetings, assisting with sales support, and maintaining strong engagement with both customers and employees. Cleaning duties are performed as needed and are not the primary function of this position.

    Primary responsibilities

    Train, coach, and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to Office Pride standards

    Provide backup coverage for call ins and staffing gaps when required

    Pick up and drop off supplies as needed, including laundering and maintaining cleaning rags

    Perform regular quality checks at assigned accounts and address issues proactively

    Participate in and support quarterly quality meetings

    Assist with sales support activities including walk throughs and service follow up

    Maintain regular engagement with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns

    Maintain ongoing engagement with employees to support performance and retention

    Enforce Office Pride policies, procedures, safety standards, and dress code requirements

    Immediately report any safety or security concerns

    Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time

    Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services required

    Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support employees

    Proven reliability and flexibility, including the ability to cover call ins when needed

    Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and leadership

    Ability to perform quality checks, provide feedback, and participate in quarterly quality meetings

    Ability to manage supplies including pick up, drop off, and laundering of cleaning rags

    Comfortable supporting sales activities such as walk throughs and service follow up

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through

    Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

    Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment where priorities may change

    Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

    Physically able to remain on your feet during a shift and perform bending, lifting, reaching, kneeling, and crouching

    Ability to communicate effectively in English

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Ability to pass a criminal background check
