Commercial Cleaning Technician Full Time Morning Riverside Area. 5 days per week 5:00 am - 2:00pm. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus Gas Allowance, Travel Time, Phone and Laundry Allowance, CalSavers Retirement Plan, Performance Incentives and Bonuses, Scholarship Program.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to service a warehouse facility. This position involves operating an auto scrubber and collecting cardboard and recyclables for bale processing.

This is a hands-on position that requires reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Job Duties

Operate ride-on or walk-behind auto scrubber to clean warehouse floors Dust mop and maintain large open floor areas

Collect cardboard, plastic, and wood debris throughout facility

Transport recyclables to compactor or baler area

Assist with bale processing (cardboard/plastic)

Empty trash and maintain clean dock areas

Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Complete required scanning or reporting procedures (if applicable)

Work effectively with other team members.

Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.

Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.

Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.

Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience operating auto scrubber preferred (training available for the right candidate) Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.

Must have ability to work independently and as a team member.

Must care about quality.

Must be detailed oriented and work at a efficient pace.

Must be reliable.

Able to lift 35 lbs.

Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.

Must have valid driver's license
