Job Title: Commercial Cleaner - Kitchen and Restroom Maintenance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen prep area, restrooms, and customer areas. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Kitchen Prep Area Cleaning:

• Deep clean kitchen prep area, including moving equipment (grill, fridge, etc.) away from walls to clean behind and underneath.

• Sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, tables, and food preparation areas.

• Clean and maintain hood vents.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

2. Restroom Maintenance:

• Clean and sanitize two restrooms daily, ensuring all fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces are spotless.

• Replenish restroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) as needed.

• Monitor and maintain restroom cleanliness throughout the day.

3. Customer Area Maintenance:

• Sweep and mop customer area daily.

• Ensure all customer-facing areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

4. General Duties:

• Adhere to a cleaning schedule to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

• Follow company protocols for the use of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred.

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Schedule:

• 6 days a week, flexible hours.
