Compensation & Benefits: • $22-$25/hr (Depending on Experience) • Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (nights/early mornings or daytime shifts available) • Overtime: Available and unlimited • Location: Office in Exton, PA. jobs within a 25–50 mile radius Responsibilities: • Perform deep cleaning of kitchen ventilation systems, including canopy hoods, ductwork, and exhaust fans • Travel to various commercial locations to set up and secure safe working conditions • Operate industrial cleaning equipment to eliminate grease and buildup from ventilation components • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout each job • Work comfortably at heights, in tight spaces, and using ladders or access gear as needed • Complete thorough service documentation, including photo evidence and detailed reports • For supervisory roles: Manage routine admin responsibilities, mentor crew members, and support operational goals Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites • Ability to pass employment requirements, including background and substance screening • Experience in skilled trades, general labor, or technical service is helpful but not required • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully • Physically able to lift to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform standing, bending, and kneeling tasks • Availability for nighttime (about 80-90%) or early morning shifts based on client needs • Able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly DOE
