Commercial Cleaning Technician (Part-Time Evening) 📍 Ft. Wayne 🕒 ~19 Hours per Week 💲 $14–$16/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaners in Ft. Wayne. In this role, you’ll help create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our clients—making a real difference behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces

Empty trash and replace liners

Restock supplies and keep janitorial areas organized

Follow site-specific checklists and safety guidelines

Work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards

Lift and move up to 35 lbs as needed

What We’re Looking For

Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not required)

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Comfortable working independently

Ability to stay active (standing, bending, lifting) throughout your shift

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Willingness to complete a background check

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
