Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services to commercial and/or residential clients. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship.

Our Cleaning Technicians represent our brand and are expected to uphold high standards of cleanliness, integrity, and customer service at every job site.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing

Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows

Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers

Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures

Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages

Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition

Secure facilities upon completion of service when required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Minimum 1 year of cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

Valid driver’s license required

Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
