📍 Location: San Antonio & Surrounding Areas 🕔 Schedule: Evening Shift (5:00 PM – approximately 11:00 PM) 💰 Pay: Starting at $14.00 per hour ⏰ Hours: 30–35 hours per week

Position Overview

SuperKleen LLC is looking for a patient, dependable, and motivated Commercial Cleaning Trainer to help develop new employees into successful members of our team.

As a Trainer, you will work alongside new hires, teaching SuperKleen's Standard Operating Procedures, proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations. Your success is measured by how well your trainees perform independently.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, leading by example, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on SuperKleen cleaning procedures
• Demonstrate proper commercial cleaning techniques
• Teach safe equipment handling and chemical usage
• Ensure trainees understand building-specific checklists
• Monitor employee progress and provide daily coaching
• Correct mistakes professionally and respectfully
• Report trainee progress to management
• Reinforce company policies and attendance expectations
• Help maintain quality standards throughout the route
• Lead by example through professionalism and strong work ethic

Qualifications

✅ Commercial cleaning experience preferred

✅ Positive attitude and patience

✅ Strong communication skills

✅ Dependable attendance

✅ Ability to teach and motivate others

✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
