    Small businesses are the backbone of our community. We make sure they're protected.

    We help local business owners cover their shops, crews, trucks, and buildings. We need someone who can keep a busy book of clients running smoothly while making every owner feel like our only client.

    Full-time, 40 hours a week.

    What you'll actually do

    • Be the go-to person for business clients' general liability, property, workers' comp, and commercial auto policies
    • Own renewals: gather updates, shop carriers, and present options with confidence
    • Send certificates of insurance and handle additional insured requests, fast
    • Process policy changes accurately, the first time
    • Help clients through premium audits, billing questions, and claims
    • Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks

    You'll crush it if you

    • Genuinely like people, in person and on the phone
    • Are good with computers
    • Notice the little details other people miss
    • Can juggle a busy day without dropping the ball
    • Would rather ask "how do I fix this?" than "whose fault is it?"
    • Aren't afraid to mess up, learn, and level up
    • Bring good energy to the team

    A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is preferred. If you don't have one yet, you can get licensed after you join.
