Job Description
A large, well-respected Commercial Construction Contractor is seeking an individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk in our West Chester PA office.
This individual will provide support in the areas of Accounting and General Office Administration with opportunities for growth and advancement. We need an individual who is willing to learn and become a productive and positive member of our team
Your Responsibilities include:
· Clerical support for the Accounting department working at the direction of our CFO
· Accounts Payable support
· Accounts Receivable support
· Assistance with Union payroll for 150 employees
· Monitor and maintain supply inventory levels
· Perform various administrative tasks
· Work in a challenging and fast paced environment
Requirements:
· Self-starter who is willing to be trained and grow with the position.
· Construction experience preferred but not mandatory
· Intermediate Microsoft Office skills needed (Word and Excel)
· Excellent data entry skills
· Associates degree in Accounting or related field experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
· Full time salaried position starting at $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience
