    Position Overview:

    As a dual-role Estimator/Project Manager, you will be responsible for accurately estimating and bidding service division projects, managing awarded work, coordinating field staff, scheduling subcontractors, and ensuring timely and profitable project delivery. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Estimating:

    Review RFQs, site conditions, and plans to develop accurate cost estimates.

    Develop and prepare scope of work, solicit subcontractor/vendor pricing, and generate proposals.

    Maintain estimating tools, cost databases, and pricing history.

    Project Management:

    Oversee awarded projects from pre-construction through completion.

    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

    Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

    Conduct job walks, client meetings, and progress reports.

    Manage buyout items and permitting.

    Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

    Manage change orders, RFIs, and project billing.

    Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in estimating and project management.

    Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, pricing, and scheduling.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    Ability to handle multiple projects with short turnaround times.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Trade background or field experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in fast-track service work and occupied commercial spaces.

    Trade background or field experience is a plus.

    Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred, but not required.
