Responsibilities: • Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed • Provide the cost estimate of the construction up front and accurately control the budget throughout the project • Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met • Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued • One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required • Experience using construction or project management software preferred • College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
