We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Coordinator with a financial background to support the planning, execution, and management of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination:
Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
Set up Bid Reviews
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Vendor set up in Sage 300
Assist with procurement of materials and tracking delivery schedules.
Other duties as assigned
Administrative Duties:
Maintain and organize project documentation including contracts, permits, and drawings
Create/Calendar Zoom invites
Use project management software and financial systems to track progress and budgets.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in commercial construction coordination or project administration.
Strong understanding of construction financials, budgets, and cost controls.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage 300, or similar).
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills:
Experience working on commercial construction projects.
Familiarity with subcontract management and change order processes.
Experience with Purchasing & Purchase Orders
Experience with Sage 300 (Timberline)
