The Position:
We are looking for a Commercial Construction Project Executive / Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, develop client relationships, manage subcontractors, and help drive the growth of a new regional division.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 Based on Experience

Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Commercial Construction Experience
- Experience Managing Multiple Commercial Projects Simultaneously
- Experience Managing Projects from Preconstruction Through Closeout
- Strong Knowledge of Construction Scheduling, Budgeting, and Cost Control
- Experience Managing Subcontractors, Vendors, and Suppliers
- Knowledge of Contract Administration and Change Order Management
- Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Oversight
- Strong Leadership and Decision-Making Skills
- Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building Abilities
- Experience Working Directly with Owners, Architects, and Engineers
- Business Development Mindset with the Ability to Build Long-Term Relationships
- Strong Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail
- Willingness to Travel Throughout the Lehigh Valley Region
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Project Preferred
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Preferred
- Experience with STACK Estimating Software Preferred
- Experience Utilizing AI Tools Such as ChatGPT and Claude Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Establish and Help Grow a New Regional Commercial Construction Division
- Manage Approximately 5-7 Commercial Construction Projects Simultaneously
- Oversee Projects from Planning and Preconstruction Through Final Closeout
- Coordinate and Manage Subcontractors, Suppliers, Consultants, and Project Teams
- Develop and Maintain Project Schedules, Budgets, and Documentation
- Review Drawings, Specifications, Contracts, Estimates, and Project Requirements
- Assist with Project Buyout, Procurement, and Estimating Activities
- Manage Change Orders and Project Financial Performance
- Conduct Regular Job Site Visits and Maintain a Strong Field Presence
- Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
- Ensure Projects Are Delivered Safely, On Time, Within Budget, and to Quality Standards
- Promote OSHA Compliance and Job Site Safety Best Practices
- Lead Project Meetings and Coordinate Communication Among Stakeholders
- Identify Opportunities for Cost Savings and Value Engineering
- Support Business Development and Market Expansion Efforts
- Serve as the Local Representative of the Company Within the Region
- Collaborate with Ownership on Operational and Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Support the Company’s Goal of Generating and Managing $10 Million+ in Annual Revenue
- Continuously Build and Strengthen Relationships That Lead to Repeat Business Opportunities
