Today we are hiring a Commercial, Project Manager for our client in St. Petersburg, Florida.
*All Commercial experience Project Managers must have the following to apply
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction (light industrial, big box retail, not really any homes — multifamily builds acceptable)
• Able to work on multiple jobs at once
• Worked for GCs, not so much subcontracting experience
• Familiar with technology like Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Experience with 5–50-million-dollar projects
• Must provide a project list in either a PDF or word document for next step for your submission to hiring manager expressing your projects within this range (5–50-million-dollar)
• Good job stability
