Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber with Mechanical Engineering or MEP background to lead critical plumbing and process piping systems.

You will function as a field engineer + lead installer, combining hands-on plumbing expertise with engineering-level design review, system commissioning, and coordination with HVAC, electrical, and controls teams. Data center construction experience is a must — this is not a residential, retail, or light commercial role. You will install and commission high-purity process piping, chilled water loops, RO/DI water systems, and waste neutralization supporting 100+ MW of compute power.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial plumbing experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data center construction (Tier III/IV facilities, hyperscale, or colocation)

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and or experience

• MEP coordination experience — must understand HVAC, electrical, and fire protection interfaces

• Welding/Brazing Certification (preferred) for steel and copper

• Medical Gas, Backflow, or ASSE 12080 Certification (preferred)

• Valid Texas Master Plumber License

• OSHA 30-Hour (current)

• Prior work on hyperscale data centers or mission-critical facilities

• Lean construction / Pull Planning experience
