-Job-Site Supervision of Alterations to an Existing 30,000 SF, Pre-engineered Metal Building.

-ALL Work is Sub-Contracted out Already

-This is a NON-WORKING, "SUPERVISION ONLY" Position, for the General Contractor !!

The MAJORITY of the Work:

-Existing Siding is to be Removed, Then RE-Installed

-Structural Framing Items, Purlins, Beams, Channels, Trusses, Angles Etc, are to be Welded to the Underside of the Building, to Re-Enforce the Super Structure, to Carry the Load of a NEW Single ply Roofing System, to be Installed on top of the Existing Roof.
