About the Role:
Ryan Contractors, Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Construction Superintendent in the Clackamas, Oregon area to join our growing team in Riverside, CA. This is your opportunity to take the lead on exciting construction projects, manage crews, and deliver exceptional results from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily jobsite operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and field crews throughout all phases of construction
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret plans, specs, and RFIs
Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, and site documentation
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols on the jobsite
Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and schedule delays proactively
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications
Proven experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multi-trade jobsites
OSHA 30 certification preferred; strong commitment to jobsite safety
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Riverside, CA jobsites
