JOB OVERVIEW
Alliance Group Solutions LLC, a leading General Contractor in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent. The Superintendent will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage subcontractors, staff and client relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Partner with Estimating and Project Management teams to supervise, direct, and coordinate construction projects.
Serve as liaison with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient job completion.
Prepare daily, progress, compliance, logs, and status reports to contribute construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
Implement and monitor production, quality, and customer service standards.
Resolve onsite problems and identify process improvements.
Conduct inspections at critical phases and approve subcontractor work.
Maintain project schedule by defining scope, allocating resources, and coordinating staff.
Evaluate milestone assumptions, resolve design issues, and manage change orders.
Ensure compliance with codes and regulations to prevent fines and interruptions.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing OSHA standards.
Stay current with emerging construction practices and standards,

Safety: Enforce OSHA standards, investigate violations, and document incidents.
Quality: Ensure all work meets plans and specifications.
Coordination: Manage daily site operations, subcontractors, and short-term schedules.
Material Delivery: Identify and verify timely delivery of specified materials.
Cost Control: Monitor project cost and profitability with the Project Manager.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Knowledge of ADA requirements.
