We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are consistently met or exceeded. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects. • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to ensure timely and quality completion of work. • Monitor project schedules and coordinate logistics to avoid delays. • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards to maintain a safe job site. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards. • Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs. • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and engineers. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and safety regulations. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with project management tools and construction software. • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
