Our national law firm client is seeking an experienced mid-level associate (a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience) to join its Business Group. The associate will work with the Firm’s small and large business clients in various industry sectors and regularly work with talented attorneys across the Firm’s six offices.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with contracts in the consumer goods and/or consumer products industry, including Manufacturing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Sales Broker Agreements, Raw Material Supply Agreements, Packaging Supply Agreements, Equipment Leases, Equipment Purchase Agreements, and Product Purchase and Sale/Supply Agreements.
You will work with attorneys and staff motivated by excellent client service. You will find resources and mentors to help you grow professionally and work with a team that values everyone’s contributions. You will also be encouraged to work on pro bono and public service matters. The Firm has a track record of litigating significant pro bono cases that protect the rights of some of society’s most vulnerable people.

Salary Range:
The annualized salary range for this position is $165,000 to $180,00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
