Job Summary: Commercial Day Porter - Law Firm

Chappell’s Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Office Cleaner with a minimum of three (3) years of commercial cleaning experience to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in Law Firm office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional workspace for law firm employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of offices, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas, including trash removal, surface wiping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.

Support kitchen and breakroom operations by sanitizing surfaces, restocking supplies, washing dishes, and organizing refrigerators.

Maintain restrooms by replenishing consumables, cleaning fixtures, and reporting maintenance issues.

Prepare and reset meeting rooms; keep reception and lounge areas neat and welcoming.

Respond promptly to spills, messes, and immediate cleaning needs; assist with deliveries and package handling.

Represent Chappell’s Cleaning Services in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with staff and visitors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience required

Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations

Must maintain an active cell phone at all times for receiving job assignments and clocking in/out at job sites.

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible shifts (evening and weekend availability are required)
