    We're seeking a visionary Commercial Director to join our executive leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our commercial strategy.     🚀 What You’ll Do ✅ Develop and lead regional commercial strategy aligned with Danimer’s global mission ✅ Drive profitable sales growth across revenue, margin, and order targets ✅ Lead and grow a high-performing commercial team with a focus on customer success ✅ Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic customers ✅ Deliver accurate sales forecasting and lead the S&OP commercial process ✅ Identify performance gaps, analyze trends, and implement effective solutions ✅ Serve as key member of the Global Commercial Leadership Team, contributing to strategy and performance goals ✅ Promote consistency through tools, process excellence, and continuous improvement ✅ Inspire a results-driven, customer-centric culture

    📈 What You Bring ✔ 15+ years in progressive commercial or sales roles, with global or multi-regional exposure ✔ 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams ✔ Proven track record of profitable growth and building scalable strategies ✔ Strong influencing skills with executive-level communication and presence ✔ Deep expertise in market analysis, competitive positioning, and value-based selling ✔ Bachelor’s degree in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred) ✔ Willingness to travel frequently and lead across a dynamic organization
