About the Role:

BLVD Electric Inc. is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead our crews on exciting projects across Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of commercial electrical crews on job sites

Interpret and execute work from blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards

Manage material procurement, tool inventory, and job site logistics

Communicate project progress, scheduling, and issues to project managers

Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians

Perform quality control inspections and ensure work meets project specifications

Requirements:

Valid California Journeyman Electrician license required

5+ years of commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role

Strong knowledge of NEC codes and California electrical regulations

Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a crew in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
