Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Fabricator who is confident in working both in shop and on site when required and has experience in a range of construction materials (Various metals, glass and wood materials). Someone who takes pride in producing top-quality work with every project. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed our quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, understands the importance of precision, and values doing things right the first time.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure correct fabrication.
Operate power tools and fabrication equipment safely (Welders, Grinders, Drills, Saws, Forklifts, Shears, etc.)
Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, or Stick welding with clean, consistent results, both in shop and on the job site.
Carefully measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials to exacting tolerances.
Inspect all work throughout the fabrication process for fit, finish, and structural integrity.
Maintain cleanliness and order in your workstation to support safety and quality control.
Work collaboratively with team members to identify issues early and uphold our quality promise.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of fabrication or welding experience in a quality-focused environment.
Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
Demonstrated skill in delivering clean, accurate and well-made products.
High attention to detail and commitment to consistent workmanship.
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented.
Preferred Skills
CNC router or Break Press experience.
Forklift operation certification.
Familiarity with quality assurance methods and shop inspection tools.
