Role Responsibilities:

• Connect business owners to the right funding options using our platform
• Educate clients and guide them through the lending process
• Build strong relationships and consistently close deals
• Use our training and tools to continuously improve your performance

This Role Is Challenging By Design:
This is high-volume, outbound sales with consistent rejection. You'll spend your day prospecting, facing objections, and pushing deals forward. The role demands resilience, thick skin, and relentless follow-through. Not everyone succeeds, but those who do thrive financially.

We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of persistence is a plus, but not necessary (B2B/Finance Preferred)
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and rejection
• Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
• Self-discipline to work independently without supervision
• Resilience and mental toughness to overcome daily challenges
• 100% commission mindset: you own your results, no excuses
