Due to our continued growth and success, we are actively seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Associates to join our teams at Future Ford of Clovis.

We are interested in assertive, goal-oriented individuals to join our high-performing Fleet Sales team, as the dealership is undergoing a major transformation and is looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Professional to help drive growth in our commercial sales division.

    Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors. As the dealership grows so do the pockets of our Fleet Sales Associates! They generally earn anywhere from $17,000 - $25,000 a month, and that’s the norm! Just think about what our big sale months bring!!!

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Build strong rapport with customers.

    Solicits commercial fleet accounts.

    Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales.

    Acts as source for national and local courtesy deliveries (supplying specifications as needed for orders).

    Provides out-of-stock service for fleet accounts and local leasing companies in conjunction with new-vehicle department manager.

    Supplies new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries.

    Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, lease company and commercial account vehicles routinely.

    Maintains professional appearance.

    Attends managers meetings as requested.

    Other tasks as assigned.

    Expectations:

    Minimum 3 years’ experience in Fleet Sales

    Customer service experience

    Valid driver's license

    Valid sales license

    Positive attitude and demeanor

    Strong listening and verbal communication skills

    Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals

    Applicable manufacturer’s certifications

    Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
