About the Opportunity

We are a licensed General Contractor seeking an experienced, self-managed rehab crew to support upcoming renovation projects. This role is ideal for a crew lead or small subcontracting team that can run work independently, meet schedules, and deliver clean finishes without hand-holding.

Scope of Work (Typical)

Interior and exterior rehabilitation

Framing, drywall, flooring, paint

Light demo and rebuild

Punch-list execution and finish work

Coordination of daily tasks on site

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Before & after photos of completed rehab projects

Must be based in or near the City of Chicago

Three (3) professional references (GCs, owners, or PMs)

Ability to self-manage crews and daily work

Reliable transportation, tools, and workforce

Strong communication and schedule discipline

Compliance with site safety and GC standards
