Job Description
We are looking for a full time estimator / project manager with prior knowledge of aluminum storefront and curtainwall framing. In addition to new construction we also do storefront remodels, heavy glass entrances, mirrors, shower doors and have a retail store open to the public.
Job duties and experience required include but not limited to the following:
- Knowledge of reading blueprints required
- Using estimating software to produce material takeoffs
- Procuring quotes for the materials needed
- Compiling all prices needed and sending estimates to general contractors
- Once job has been awarded each estimator also handles the project management aspect as well until it is completed (costing of jobs to be done by others)
- Need to be driven and self-motivated to complete tasks
- Construction glazing estimating: 5 year
- Salary will depend on qualification and experience
