    Perks/Incentives

    • $20-25/hour DOE
    • $150 sign-on bonus
    • $150 monthly incentives during the 1,040 hours you will be employed through JARBO ($900 total incentive potential)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work both independently and collaboratively as part of an installation team.
    • Collaborate with general contractors, building owners, maintenance staff, and other job-site partners.
    • Assist with installation tasks involving HVAC duct systems and related components.
    • Review project information; the ability to read blueprints is helpful.
    • Follow safety procedures and company standards to maintain a safe work environment.
    • Manage time effectively to stay on track with project schedules.
    • Communicate professionally with teammates and customers.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to producing quality work.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on experience is a plus.
    • Knowledge of duct systems and accessories is beneficial.
    • EPA Certification (preferred, not required).
    • OSHA 10 Certification (preferred, not required).
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Willingness to learn and develop within the trade.
