Cedar Park Group is hiring is seeking a motivated Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician & Installer to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, solid organization, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers

• Diagnose and service commercial prep tables

• Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment

• Service exhaust hoods and make-up air systems

• Service and install rooftop package units (RTUs)

• Service commercial split systems

• Support additional service/install tasks as assigned

• Plus (preferred): Chiller experience

• Plus (preferred): Sheet metal installation experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC/R experience

• EPA certification required

• Clean, valid NYS Driver's License

• Must be drug-free

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Physically able to climb ladders and comfortable working at heights

• Willing to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation as required

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
