Join a team focused on delivering top-tier service and maintenance for large-scale commercial HVAC installations. You’ll be responsible for keeping complex climate systems running at peak performance through preventive upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs.
* Service air-cooled and water-cooled chillers (up to 500 tons), VRF/VRV installations, and water-source heat pumps.
* Diagnose and repair variable frequency drives (VFDs), basic HVAC controls, and data-center environmental units.
* Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance on hydronic heating & cooling loops, pump and motor alignments, and evaporative condensers.
* Calibrate air-handling equipment, including VAV boxes and related ductwork components.
* Assist with startup and commissioning of new HVAC equipment, ensuring proper calibration and documentation.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and complete required service paperwork.
* EPA Universal technician certification.
* Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record.
* Minimum of 2 years in commercial or industrial HVAC service.
* Hands-on familiarity with large-scale HVAC systems, controls, and VFDs.
* High School diploma, trade-school certificate, or GED.
* Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to read technical schematics.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
