We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across multiple job sites in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Residential HVAC technicians with strong experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Inspect HVAC systems and perform repairs or equipment replacements as needed

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Respond to emergency service and maintenance calls

Diagnose system issues using HVAC wiring diagrams and technical documentation

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience (commercial preferred, but not required)

Residential Mechanic encouraged to apply.

Journeyman’s License preferred

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and wiring diagrams

Ability to perform physically demanding work

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Ability and willingness to work overtime
