Job Summary:
The Commercial HVAC Service Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy commercial HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, control, and refrigerant components. This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Technicians must be capable of interpreting wiring diagrams, documenting service activities, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in varied and sometimes challenging environments. EPA Universal certification and a minimum of five years of commercial HVAC experience are required.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, outside weather conditions and vibration.
