Job description

Omniflow Water, the product division of Bottleless Nation, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Ice / Commercial Ice expert to join our team in our fast-growing Indianapolis facility. In this role, you will play a key part in fielding calls from our service techs, while troubleshooting units over the phone and/or deciding if we place a warranty claim.

Experience with Scotsman, Hoshizaki, or Manitowoc ice machines is highly desired

Requirements

5+ years of experience servicing commercial/industrial ice machines

Strong understanding of the warranty process, must possess excellent judgement in determining if a claim should be made, and manage process through completion

Effectively communicate technical information and service procedures over the phone

Ability to work onsite in our Indianapolis facility Monday-Friday

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (trade school a plus)
