Title: Experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent

What You’ll Do:

· Sell and service personal lines policies (auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella) to individuals and families

· Analyze client needs, cross-sell relevant coverage's, and up-sell value-added products

· Quote, bind, and issue policies; process endorsements and renewals

· Maintain and grow a book of business; meet or exceed sales targets

· Provide exceptional service, risk assessment, and claims support as needed

· Build trusted advisor relationships with clients

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance agency.

· Licenses: Property & Casualty License in the state of Oklahoma

· Strong knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations

· Proven sales track record and ability to prospect, quote, and close

· Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-service skills

· Tech-savvy: experience with agency management systems and online quoting tools

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team; detail-oriented with strong organization skills

· High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
