We are a team of people helping people. Our independent insurance business is based on the relationships we build within our Team, our clients, potential clients, our community and the companies we work with. As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.
Our hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30 – 5:00. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain current client relationships by offering superior customer service.
Establish new relationships with potential clients that call and make a request for insurance.
Assisting clients to fill out appropriate forms for their insurance needs.
Utilize our online system to quote and offer insurance to current and prospective clients.
Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance as needed
Professional and Personal Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Articulate and professional voice in person and on the phone
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Self-starter, driven, with a get it done attitude
Confident, energetic, enthusiastic with a sense of humor
Proficient with Google products including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Familiar with sales software
Patient, respectful, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, supportive, articulate, kind, ethical and honest
Wages and Compensation:
Salary range is from $55,000-$75,000 annually plus commission, bonus, and incentives.
Experience and Job Requirements:
MUST have two years of sales experience in the insurance industry
MUST have a current and valid P&C Insurance License
