Position Overview: Korhorn Financial Group is looking for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our business clients with policy servicing, documentation, and ongoing account needs.

Responsibilities:

Service commercial accounts, including policy changes and renewals

Prepare certificates of insurance and documentation

Respond to client and carrier inquiries

Assist producers with account management tasks

Maintain accurate and organized client records

Qualifications:

Commercial insurance experience preferred

Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and client service abilities

Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
