About the Role We’re seeking a Commercial Insurance Field Sales Mentor to help independent insurance agencies grow their commercial business clientele

This role blends field coaching, sales support, and placement strategy. You’ll work side‑by‑side with producers and account managers helping them structure accounts, access markets, and close both large and small opportunities.

What You’ll Do • Provide in‑person coaching in agency offices for commercial lines • Review pipelines and increase bind ratios • Support complex submissions and placements • Guide carrier and coverage strategy • Assist with negotiations and renewals • Deliver commercial training sessions • Support and specialty placements • Collaborate with carrier and internal teams

Work Structure • Field travel three days per week • Two in‑office collaboration days • Hybrid work environment

Required • Active Property and Casualty License • Commercial Lines experience • Coverage and market knowledge • Ability to travel locally

Preferred • Coaching or mentoring experience • Wholesale or underwriting background • E&S market familiarity
