We're looking for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service while keeping agency operations running smoothly. This is much more than a traditional receptionist role—it's an integral position that supports our clients, our producers, and our agency's day-to-day success.

What You'll Do
As our Personal Lines Customer Service & Operations Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for clients while supporting the agency through a variety of administrative and insurance-related responsibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and friendliness.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage daily electronic communications from insurance carriers and maintain accurate client records.
Update and maintain the agency management system.
Process customer payments through carrier websites.
Invoice premium-bearing items.
Assist agents with rating, correspondence, policy support, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and service requests.
Maintain organized customer files and agency records.
Keep the reception area professional and welcoming.
Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of customer service experience
3–5 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly learn agency procedures and software systems
Preferred Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty license
Formerly licensed candidates with recent insurance experience are encouraged to apply
