ROLE DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team in a Commercial Insurance role. In this position, you’ll work directly with business owners to provide tailored insurance solutions that protect their operations, employees, and assets. You’ll manage accounts, handle servicing needs, and assist with policy changes, renewals, and quoting.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in insurance who enjoys working with business clients and navigating more complex coverages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal packages for business insurance policies.
Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and other policy changes.
Research and follow up on cancellations, underwriting requirements, and coverage questions.
Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures.
Provide support to the sales team and contribute to agency growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty) preferred.
Experience in commercial or business insurance is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
