Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and manage your own portfolio of commercial clients
- Evaluate client risks and offer tailored insurance solutions through our extensive carrier network
- Negotiate with underwriters and provide expert policy guidance to clients
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Keep current with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
Education & Experience
- Proven ability to generate and sustain new business
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with agency management systems and insurance quoting platforms
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a producer or commercial insurance agent
