    About the Role
    The Licensed Commercial Insurance Producer will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert risk guidance, policy recommendations, and ongoing account support. This role combines client relationship management with technical insurance expertise, ensuring every business client receives responsive, professional service.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Advise business clients on commercial insurance coverage options including general liability, property, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, and professional liability.

    · Manage client relationships through proactive communication, renewals, and service follow-up.

    · Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and renewal packages using agency and carrier systems.

    · Process new business, endorsements, cancellations, and certificates of insurance accurately and efficiently.

    · Serve as the main point of contact between clients and carriers, resolving underwriting, claims, and billing issues.

    · Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in the agency management system.

    · Stay current on carrier products, underwriting requirements, and industry developments.

    · Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements.

    · Participate in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance client portfolios.

    · Meet or exceed performance targets and client satisfaction goals.

    Qualifications

    · Active Florida Property & Casualty insurance license required.

    · Minimum 2 years of commercial lines experience in an agency environment.

    · Strong understanding of commercial coverages and carrier underwriting processes.

    · Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

    · Experience using agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and quoting tools.

    · High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

    · Collaborative team player with a client-first approach.

    Compensation & Benefits

    · Base salary: $45,000–$55,000, plus commission and performance incentives.
