We are seeking a motivated and service-focused Commercial Insurance Sales Account Executive to support our specialized insurance program tailored exclusively for religious organizations. In this inbound-only role, you will respond to inquiries from prospective clients, guiding them through our coverage options and helping them secure tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. No cold-calling required — all leads are warm, coming directly from interested faith-based groups and institutions Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from religious organizations seeking commercial insurance coverage. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate policies and coverage options within our niche program. • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer service throughout the sales process. • Generate quotes, explain policy terms, and facilitate the onboarding and binding process. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and follow up on active leads. Qualifications: • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required). • Previous experience in commercial insurance sales. Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
