What You'll Do
As a Commercial Lines Producer, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business owners by identifying risk exposures and developing customized insurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new commercial business through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and prospecting.
Build and manage a profitable book of middle-market commercial clients.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify coverage gaps.
Design and present customized insurance and risk management solutions.
Collaborate with account managers, marketing specialists, underwriters, and carrier partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Negotiate coverage, pricing, and placement strategies with carrier partners.
Conduct annual policy reviews and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.
Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive service and consultative guidance.
Consistently achieve new business and revenue objectives.
What We're Looking For
Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Proven success in Commercial Lines insurance sales.
Experience developing and managing commercial client relationships.
Strong understanding of commercial property, casualty, liability, workers' compensation, umbrella, and related coverages.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across agency teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with middle-market commercial accounts.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience with Salesforce, AMS360, Applied Epic, or other agency management systems.
Existing professional network within the Dallas-Fort Worth business community.
