Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with business clients and referral sources
Assess commercial insurance needs and provide coverage recommendations
Prepare and present quotes for commercial policies
Manage the sales process from initial conversation through binding
Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up activities
Collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent client support
Qualifications:
Commercial insurance experience preferred
Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational habits
Comfortable working with business owners and decision-makers
